“Lean forward moment” of the week - 🧠 Choosing Strategy or Clarity

We often wonder if we are doing the right strategy for our business.

Are we doing the ideal strategy to get clients? The ideal strategy to sell? We always doubt ourselves and end up getting distracted trying to find the one thing to solve it all.

Well, I think what most of us are missing is not a better strategy, but clarity, or focus.

As I evaluated my first quarter, I realize that most of my business is coming from the things that I don’t ever stop doing, is not the sporadic post that I make on social media, or that new idea of sending cold emails.

If you stick with one thing, it will work.

A lot of time we hide behind tasks, or new ideas we want to do, so that we can avoid the thing we NEED to do to grow the business, that we know is the one that grows the business but is also the one that has gotten repetitive…

I think this is where coaching comes in.

Think about it: coaches, master minds, why do the best of the best have them? It’s not to get a new strategy every time, it is usually to push forward, together. Having that accountability is key.

Funny enough, I used to think that therapist were only for crazy people, until I tried it, and it completely changed my perspective to say “wow, why didn’t I get one before”

So, now I see those groups and coaching as a therapist for the business. It doesn’t give you the answer, but it helps you find your path and get to your goals.
